Agewell is a gentle aerobic activity for the more mature exerciser to stay fit and active. It is a great way for you to keep in touch with the gym at a gentle pace and meet new people. You’ll take part in workouts adapted for you, meaning you’re able to get the best out of them. This activity is aimed at the more mature exerciser but is suitable for anyone wanting a more relaxing workout. – Monday and Wednesday mornings.

Although we were established in 1931, we are a modern group for all ages. Join us for laughter and friendship as we lean new skills, how things work and about our local area. Join us for adventure, education, outings and challenges galore. – Our main meeting is every 2nd Wednesday of the month at The Hub. Other groups include: – The Classy Crafter, every 2nd Monday of the month, £1 supplement, Book Club, every 3rd Monday of the month, Beaujolais Babes, last Wednesday of the month.

Healthwise is a women’s group whose aim is to promote health and wellbeing. They meet weekly and enjoy a varied programme of speakers, quizzes and entertainment. They also aim to inform members about organisations relating to health and social issues. This is done with friendly chats over a cuppa in a warm and welcoming environment.

They meet every Thursday morning between 10.30am and 12.30pm on the second floor of The Hub.
