Agewell is a gentle aerobic activity for the more mature exerciser to stay fit and active.

It is a great way for you to keep in touch with the gym at a gentle pace and meet new people. This activity is aimed at the more mature exerciser but is suitable for anyone wanting a more relaxing workout.
